Modern Niagara Toronto is a full service prime mechanical contractor in the institutional, commercial, and industrial sectors of the Greater Toronto area as well as areas north (such as Barrie and Orillia) and west (such as Hamilton, Kitchener, Waterloo, and the Niagara Peninsula).

We handle the largest projects in the market as well as the most technically complex. Our Special Projects Group is particularly adept at working in occupied spaces and on complex renovations or tenant improvements.

A very good example which illustrates our long term commitment to our clients is First Canadian Place. We did the original installation in the 1970s and we have been involved with the building ever since. Whether it is tenant work, complex capital improvements, or installing a sink we are there.
